Sainikudu, Sensational Superstar Mahesh’s forthcoming film in the direction of Gunasekhar, has all the elements to be billed as another minimum guarantee film from Mahesh. Getting wind of the news that a drizzle fight is being canned in the temple set at Gopanapally, Nanakramguda, Princemahesh.com rushed to the spot to cover the progress. The team talked to Gunasekhar, who was sitting near the pool, where the unit was preparing to shoot an action sequence on Mahesh, Prakash Raj and several fighters. He said Mahesh is portraying a multi-dimensional role of a student leader Siddhartha and also added that he opted to work with the award winning cinematographer Bala Subramanian (Pithamagan / Sivaputhrudu) this time in order to unleash his thoughts and ideas better. 

The team also had a conversation with one of the veteran writer duo Dr. Paruchuri Gopalakrishna, who is providing the dialogues for this film along with his elder brother Dr. Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao. A lot is at stake for Paruchuri Brothers (Rajakumarudu, Okkadu and Arjun) as success has been eluding them for a while now. Dr. Gopala Krishna narrated the hero’s introduction scene, listening to which, we can anecdotally say that Sainikudu is the right follow up film for Pokiri.

Veturi Sundararammoorthy, a regular for both Vyjayanthi movies and Gunasekhar, introduction songs specialist Chandrabose and Kulasekhar are providing the lyrics for the 6 songs in the film. Ace music director Harris Jeyraj is doing music for this film. After Vasu, Sainikudu is the second direct movie to him. Anand Sai, who is entrusted with the job of art direction, has done a brilliant job so far and the temple set speaks for itself. Peter Heynes is handling the action sequences for a Mahesh’s film again after the super hit Athadu. Two songs are completed so far and Raju Sundaram choreographed both. Srikar Prasad is the editor-in-chief of this film, which has completed 30 working days so far. Trisha, Prakash Raj, Irfan Khan, Dharmavarapu Subramanyam, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Telangana Sakunthala and many other established and upcoming artists are acting in this prestigious movie. Archana 70mm a/c in Nellore (Athadu direct 100 days) and Apsara a/c (first movie for Mahesh in this theater) in Vijayawada are blocked in advance to screen this film.
